Where can I purchase your flag?

At the present time you can purchase our flags on our web site www.rossflags.com. You can visit our dealer page at http://www.rossflags.com/partners.php for a complete list of location.  You can also purchase our flags at the King Center Gift Shop and the National Chavez Center.

What are some dates you recommend the flag can be displayed?

Martin Luther King, Jr. flag should be displayed to celebrate the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. The holiday is celebrated on the third Monday in January. February is Black History Month. We also recommend displaying the flag anytime you feel it is appropriate to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Cesar E. Chavez flag should be displayed to celebrate the birthday of Cesar E. Chavez.  We also recommend displaying the flag during Hispanic Heritage Month and Cinco de Mayo.  We also recommend displaying the flag anytime you feel it is appropriate to honor the life and legacy of Cesar E. Chavez.

Why is Ross Flags and Design able to sell a flag with the image of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Cesar E. Chavez displayed?

Ross Flags and Design LLC has been granted rights by Intellectual Properties Management (exclusive Licensor of the King Estate) to manufacture and distribute a flag honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Purchase of our flag helps continue the memory and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  We have just been granted licensing rights to use the image of Cesar E. Chavez from the Cesar E. Chavez Foundation. 

You may not sell products with the images of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. or Cesar E. Chavez without being licensed.

Do you have a fund-raising or young entrepreneurs program?

We are currently working on a program for fundraising. We are also interested in organizing a young entrepreneurs program. If you are interested in either program, please contact us at info@rossflags.com . Allowing our youth to be involved is a top priority of Ross Flags and Design LLC.

How do I clean my flag?

Hand wash or spot clean with cold water. Lay flat to dry. We recommend dry cleaning when possible. Add cool iron to reduce wrinkles.

200-denier Nylon.

Our flags are 100% made in the U.S.A. by Valley Forge Flag Company.

When will my order be shipped?

Ross Flags and Design LLC ships USPS Priority mail. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days.

What is Ross Flags and Design return policy?

All returns are subject to management approval. You may return or exchange any item that is defective. Merchandise credit will be issued for the price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase. Merchandise returned more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return. Please contact us at (310) 489-2443 or info@rossflags.com if you have merchandise that must be returned.

What is your returned check policy?

Ross Flags and Design will accept your check by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (RFT) system. In the event that the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or, if a paper check is accepted, and the check is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State and Federal law, or $20.00 or more (which may include fees, collection costs, and applicable state taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via a paper draft.
